What happens to your information here.
This work asks men to be honest about hard things. We owe you the same honesty about your information. This page says plainly what is collected when you visit this site or request a screening call, where it goes, and who can see it.
In effect from August 2026.
The short version
This website holds nothing about you. There is no account to create, no database behind these pages, and no form on this site that sends us anything.
The only cookies set here belong to Google Analytics, which counts visits. When you press Request Screening you leave this site for our booking page, and what you enter there goes to us, and to Google Calendar only in the shape the booking needs: an event and its invitation email.
Requesting a screening call
The Request Screening button opens our booking page. It runs on our own Cloudflare account, using open-source scheduling software we host ourselves, so there is no scheduling company in the middle holding your details.
The booking page asks for three things: your name, your email address, and an optional note about what keeps happening. You pick a time. When you confirm, this is what occurs:
- The booking is saved in our own private database.
- A calendar event is created on the founder's Google Calendar, with you as the guest, carrying a Google Meet link for the call.
- Google sends you the calendar invitation by email.
Your booking is read by one person: Jason Henderson, the founder. The screening call is with him. Your details are used to arrange and hold that call, and for whatever conversation follows from it. You are not added to a mailing list, and nothing you provide is sold, traded, or used in advertising.
The note field, and sensitive things
The note on the booking form may touch the very things this work exists for: masking, burnout, what keeps repeating at home or at work. Some of that sits close to health. So here is exactly how it is treated.
Whatever you write is read by one man, kept in our own database, and treated as spoken in confidence. We never share it, never sell it, never quote it, never use it in marketing, and never feed it to any AI system. If you want it erased, before the call or after it, one email does that.
The note is optional. Your name, your email address, and a time are enough to book the call. Anything you would rather say out loud can wait for the call itself.
What the site itself does
Loading any web page shows the computer serving it your IP address. That is how the internet works, and you are entitled to know who sits on the other end of it. These are the parties involved, and what each one can see.

The typefaces are served from our own domain, so no font request goes to Google or anyone else.
Beyond those, nothing: no advertising, no tracking pixels, no session recording, no fingerprinting.
Where it lives, and for how long
Our booking database sits on Cloudflare and the calendar sits with Google. Both store data on servers outside Canada, which means it is subject to the laws of the countries it sits in, including lawful access by authorities there. If that matters to you, say so and we will find another way to talk.
Booking records are kept so we can hold the call and pick the thread back up if you return. Ask us to delete yours and we will delete all of it, the database record and the calendar event both, unless a law that binds us requires it to be kept. If a court order ever compels disclosure, we comply, and we will tell you unless we are forbidden to.
Your rights
EVOLVEX is a program of Lionheart Collective Inc., a British Columbia company. British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act applies to it, and Canada's federal privacy law, PIPEDA, applies where personal information crosses borders in the course of commercial activity, which happens here because our infrastructure stores data outside Canada.
Under those laws you may ask what personal information we hold about you and how it has been used, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, withdraw your consent for us to keep using it, and complain if you believe we have handled it badly.
Our privacy officer
Write to admin@evolvex.men with the word privacy in the subject line. You will have an answer within thirty business days, which is the period BC's Act allows.
If we get it wrong
Tell us first and we will try to put it right. If our answer leaves you unsatisfied, you can take the matter to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia, and for matters under PIPEDA to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Both are independent of us and can investigate without our agreement.
Younger visitors
This site and this work are for adult men. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 19, and if someone underage has booked or written to us, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this page changes, we will say what changed and when, here, rather than quietly replacing it. Screening men on their honesty obliges us to match it.
